The idea behind The Pet Extraordinarium was simple. It was to be a quality but accessible ‘lifestyle store’ for animals and their owners. ‘Cargo’ but for pets, if you will. We beleive that style should go hand-in-hand with functionality when it comes to products for their furry friends, and that you should not have to either compromise the décor in your home because they own pets or break the bank in order to get quality and choice.

The Pet Extraordinarium began with ranges of unique products that are designed both to enhance the quality of life of domestic animals and to complement the modern home. The best independent UK manufacturers producing design-led and high quality pet accessories were sought out, and there was soon a sound product base on which to build. In December 2007, less than a year after it was established, The Pet Extraordinarium was listed in The Guardian newspaper as one of the UK’s top independent retailers---

Today our offices are based in Highams Park, East London. Every day we sit at our computer desks surrounded by boxes and shelves full of luxury pet accessories. The perfect working environment for animal lovers like us!!!!
